the marathon was a good experience though the rudder's cable screwed up our race, and right at the start, when the horn sounded. no choice, we've got to return back to the beach and adjusted the cable. overtook quite a number of boats but at our first portage, when we're about to launch, the boat slipped and the cable came out again. the 3rd time was at cosy bay when the rescuer didn't even know how to fix it back despite i've given him instructions. then he asked me to sit onto his banana boat and fixed it myself. it's alright that my position on the banana boat looks super wrong, but it is also that it screwed up our race alot. nevertheless, we didn't give up. that damn acsi/ cgs boat.
the cable has failed us, but we did not.
quite a number of competitions are coming, with mr500 is coming in march. training will resume this saturday.
last week of school alrdy. and i'm hungry.
