
WOAH!! swee horh?! straight As for week 7 leh.. WOOHOO!
had land training yesterday. ran sprint sets yesterday. had alot of "patterns" yesterday. gym was flooded with alot alot alot alot of db ppl. so we went for the pull up bar instead. it was the combined of pull-ups, abs and squats in each set. we're released by 7.30pm. it was the first time, that we're released that early. alright. i just did my second UT for computting and mathematics. and i only did the mathe part, which held more marks as compared to the vb part. i can't do vb though. water training later on.
i think i'll be getting brazilliano prano over the weekends. the worn out sole of my havaianas can make me slip. i guess i can give it a try for brazilliano though. (:
