had water training on tuesday. till arnd 1 in the noon? was quite shag after all the sprint and bursting sets. thanks to partner who wasn't picky on me, despite me not being good in maintenance and the last bursting part. back was aching and my ass hurts like nobody's business. went for lunch at j8 and nevertheless, watched "the game plan" with the canoeist. there were like 12/3 ppl. it was the first time so many of us went for a movie can!! the row infront of us was empty, so we rested our feets on them. it was quite a nice movie. melvin threw my havaianas to the front rows of the cinema and tooked it away, making me have to walk one feet bare out of the cinema. damn. then they placed it on the payphone and told me to call my havaianas to ask where it is. like -_-'''!! nvm. toyed with the stitched that melvin caught and attempted to threw it into the bin. then big melvin and choon meng were playing scissors paper stone and the loser has to go for a haircut. melvin won, but he only plucked off a patch of choon meng's eyebrows cos cm plucked his. LOL!!!

slept halfway while watching youtube and woke up at 1 plus this noon. it felt so good to be having this amount of rest but my back was aching. real aching. then continued with youtube till i finished goong s. and i just realised that i've got work after training tml. sian half. but its alright, cos its till 9 only.
trackshoes to be brought along tml. a.coach says it will be sth interesting we'll be doing tml. must be running into macritche again lah.. its been like months since we last did so. and the waters super lut sup!! cos i'm the one having minor rashes now.

its been so long since i've gone out with the girls. it has always been school, training, school and training. but i have never resented both of these at all.
pol-ites coming in approximately 2 weeks time. starting burst, transition of strokes, maintenance, burst all the way till the finish point. partner and i knows what we both want. ;D
