thanks to this super nice dude who's been using wireless router in his/her apartment that entitles me to use it as well. :D
so anyway, i got my pay for august but as the cut-off date for the pay is on 24th, my pay is kind of pathetic. but september's pay is going to make me grin from ear to ear because of all the extra shifts i've requested. :D reported to heeren earlier to cash my cheque. started work at 2 and finished it till closing.
had water training today. tried k2 with sihong in the back sit. we spent arnd an hour doing 2km while bev and shimin finished 6km, due to our countless capsizes- woah, shakes head*. it felt totally hopeless at that time. haha. perhaps we're just not used to pairing tgt. we continued in K boats in the 2nd part of the training with joanne in front of me and sihong in k1. did stunts with joanne in the boat, as usual, and did 6km, capsized twice. wahahaha.
lunch with the guys and went to fish for prawns at katib farm, with kenneth, chengxun, shimin & mel. we shared 2 rods among us. the first hour was $14.5 and every additional hour, we'll be entitled to extra 30mins. so in total, we paid arnd 10 bucks each and caught 13 or so prawns. haha. at least better than nothing. the uncles there "coach" us on how to fish and treated us to prawns which he caught. ate quite a few and it started to reach the climax towards the end. shall visit there again.
dined with them at yishun with kevin and benedict in the the later part and then to home. wahahaha! shiok!
