i guess i'll hardly trust online shopping again. the first time i did my purchase, the person didn't even send me the item. to add on to that, i deleted the email that she sent to me. dumb, isn't it? the second time, i bought a top. when i got the item, the colour turned out totally wrong. so the best way is still to purchase clothings from shops, themselves. i just bought a long cardigan today and i'm glad i asked for her contacts, be it real or not, i'm keeping all forms of conversation between me and her, till i get the item.
went to school with adeline and her classmates. played abit of basketball under the big sun which did not have much of a cloud/s arnd it. dehydrated. but fortunately, adeline used 2.10 and managed to get 4 bottles of 100plus and a bottle of green tea from the vending machine. :D
so many machines from the gym has been shifted outside and the gym has brought in some new machines that we were very amazed with and adeline&i even thought that those machines could even be more efficient then using bars. there's this machine that allows you to train ur biceps and ur whole stretch or back muscles. isn't that what we wanted? its so cool. it would be good to have one at home. then i can train my back muscles. adeline was so attracted to this particular machine cos it allows her muscles lines to show till so defined when doing the reps. LOL.
i stopped running after 1km. probably because i've taken too much fluids, it felt terrible to run. did biceps, triceps and abs. went for a swim, got a lighter shade of tan arnd the white areas that were being covered by the fbt top during training and played catching. took pictures and called it a day. felicia, ade, kelly and i took cab to cwp and we paid 80cents each. HAHA! queued for donuts, bought yogurt and sushi and home after that.
now that i'm able to connect to my modem alrdy, i can use internet till i puke. HAHA! chalet tml. shall be packing my barang and wash my training gear from today. my shift from 2pm has been changed to full shift bcos of the shortage of man power. september's pay~~
