went to help out during the NCC over the weekends as rescue team. and i cross my heart that we were super efficient as compared to the other 2 rescue boats. if there were to have a award for the best rescue team, it has got to be us. haha. on saturday, it was sihong and i. having to side paddle to drag the boat out of the lane while the sihong was the 2nd person behind, was the worst man. it was worst than dragon boat. we were cheering for our seniors and keeping our eyes out for any capsized boats. the first boat that i rescued was from NJC. i was asking the guy if he still have anymore races on and he said no. so sad lah.
then it was sunday. these 2 women in the team recue boat were so blurr cock that they can cheer for their school and take pictures without realising that a boat has capsized behind. then we were asked to help out again. bet it was because of our efficiency. paired up with adeline on sunday and the best part was when we have to cut across the 5 lanes to rescue the boat on the last lane. it was super duper hard to drag the boat out. then we "sped boat" across the lanes to the other side of the race course again. WHEEES! and we were rewarded with free lunch and a free tee that we've yet to get. that was the best!

went for work on both weekends. had land training on monday. 4km was increased to 4.8km. and i tried to breathe regularly as what adeline has told me. and i was the 4th to finish it without stopping. i ran, not jog, this time round. got to push myself further. this, i promise myself. i have to and i definitely will.
yesterday's science module wasn't as smooth as those before. mmm. all i can say is not enough research and understanding loh. and guess what was the rj question- when is ur birthday? if you were given a science book as a present, what would be ur frank reactions?
like wth. haha. anw, im finally taking my one star course this sat!! that means i'll miss out on the training on saturday. can go rent boat and canoe with hongyi after one star liao. WHEES!
