as i've seen a couple of people arnd me talking about always doing the same stuff during training and its getting boring, i start to ponder about whether it applies to me as well. and i will always tell them to look for challenges for themselves to accomplish or to complete as there's this saying in HPT that "No challenges = No Continuation". and i believe it applies to canoeing, in this case too. it has always been a challenge for me right from the very first land training onwards. i could never run more 2.4km and i was always stopping along the way during NAPFA tests. but now, i can run 4km straight without stopping(recently) or just once or twice lah. i wanted myself to not stop when running during land training and i succeeded. it was so satisfying. serious.

capsizing is a part of learning in canoeing and i did capsize on the very first water training, within less than 50 meters away from the pontoon. but i have not been capsizing since quite a number of water trainings, except for once when we were aligning. beverly, adeline and sihong should know the reason why. HAHA. although i am not faster than arnd a handful of girls, including the above mentioned names, i'm setting challenges for myself to improve, on my techniques and strength and speed when paddling. to me, this is how i keep things going on for myself. and i know that these challenges will be never ending no matter how far i would have progressed.
---
its expected that things can turn out to be preety complicated and there's a possibility that it could happen anywhere, everywhere, on anyone. but i would never want it to happen arnd me. oh well. mmm. im gonna save intensively for anything. haha. just save bcos i know i'll be spending, be it on running shoes or food.

today's computting is so slack. i practically did nothing during the 2nd breakout, except for completing the VB code during first and 2nd breakout. :D the faci is super funny luh. class is going to change in just another 7 weeks? arnd there luh. i need more sleep. i want more sleep. shall be sleeping earlier. but i will always have the temptation to watch korean shows. wooops! HAH.
