so, yeah. i'm back from my SAS freshmen 3 days, 2 nights camp. and obviously, all my worries that i had had previously were all redundant. thanks to brenda for listening to my whining on my way to rp. haha. and because of that chat, my phone died on me the following morning, so, its considered, died on me tru-out the camp. hah.
anw, it was feeling funny because i am a camp instructor and now i'm going for a orientation camp. but i think it was good luh, being able to enjoy as a camper again, with the student leaders doing most of the things for us and we can just behave ridiculously. but obviously, we didn't luh.
day1-
we waited at the agora for more than 30mins because 1.30 to 2.30 was supposed to be the reporting time for all SAS freshmen. i was early lah. so, i waited lorh, and stoned as well. then it felt like there were stones all arnd me cos apparently, quite a majority of us were like stoning. haha. then we were led to this theater where we watched a video and went for ice-breaking games. i was in shangri-la 2. shangri-la was split into 3 grps and i was in the 2nd one. only 9 ppl in my team turn up. so, we were rather quiet la. eh, campers are supposed to be quiet and stone at each other what. hah. in the end, zi ping, our team leader was the one talking the most. ltr on, the whole of shangri-la came tgt and played games. this is where the real fun begins. the team leaders where given a forfeit and i was telling nathan,"eh, pole dance lah..". then we started going,"pole dance! pole dance! pole dance!". then the leaders did a pole dance but reluctantly lah. and nathan was made the pole. HAHA. hilarious. it was followed up by a game of captain-tomato and water bombs. simple dinner was given to us. afterall, we can't expect much from the 5bucks that we paid for the camp lah. we bathed at the swimming complex, had some brain-storming on the gala night item and went for a "maze". the team leaders tried to scare the guts out of us by telling us ghost stories but the maze was nothing, but LAME! haha. serious. we were led into this dark room when we tot we wld be going into the forest. okays. sleep.
day2-
got up at 7. washed up and started to stone on my sleeping bag. tired. haha. had breakfast then we went for water bomb, followed by a super early lunch. shangri-la went for gala item planning and our skit began to take form and rehearsed. the main point is, we had a team performing "desperate husbands" and it was plain GAY! hah. next was amazing race. everything was alright except the slime thingy whereby we had to use our mouths to pick up pieces of trashbag plastic. and the thing is, the pool of slime had been used by other teams and i saw spit in it lah!! eeew. so we got 22 pieces which happened to be the number cindy said. cleaning up was next and other teams were seen rehearsing their item while my team was chit-chatting and watching the other 2 teams rehearse. LOL. then zi ping took us arnd the campus for a tour. we were supposed to be back by 7 but the other committee members were already looking for us by 6. so we went back, got changed and it was GALA-NIGHT!
food was served by our leaders and no one paid atention to the powerpoint slides that were screened bcos we were all busy eating. hah. too bad! other clans performed theirs and shangri-la was the last clan to perform. my team went up first and we started off with our RP, SAS Idol. things were considered smooth until the boobs that zi ping made for rauf came off. that was totally so unexpected and everybody started laughing! but it was good lah. cos we are supposed to make them laugh. next was the arena. got cork up cos they forget lines. but it was good lah. followed by the "desperate husbands". f. jun ming and nathan were gaying on the stage lah. it was stupidly funny and sort of insulting. though so, the best part is when nathan said that his wife kick him at his brother then no father's day. haha. then both of then forgot their lines as well maybe bcos we were all laughing too hard sia. then it started to drag abit and the story got into in-prom-to stage, whereby the supposedly censored part came out. jun ming said that his wife got good figure before marriage and now so fat. then nathan said that her wife worst cos the breats all saggy and stuff like that. we were laughing like mad! hard core man. anw, the last part was a prize presentation skit. although we didn't win, but we had enjoyed alot and all of us agreed that having enjoyed the whole process was already enough for us. (:
then we were party-ing in the hall till it ended arnd 40mins ltr. all those dancing and fun was great! after that, we got some snacks, sat down and played Dare. only dare, no truth. haha. nathan got a lap dance or whatever they called it. but he was danced sexily over ___.(my apologies, i forgot his name. but he's indian. nice guy infact.) then this indian guy got dared twice. first, he licked sam on his cheek. then he kissed a guy. HAHAH. it was super GAY! then grp became smaller and we were listening to sam telling ghost stories. then i got freaked out by shakes's joke that i just shouted,"fuck you!". it was super embarrassing cos the story wasn't supposed to be scary. oh well. haha. then i went to bed at arnd 2 plus.
last day-
woke up by the lights. got washed and realised that the leader were still sleeping. and we could wake up at arnd 8.30 instead or sth. had breakfast, played blow wind blow and peel banana. i tot of hpt and yazid. then we toured arnd the labs. cool out man! and it was the end of camp. joined the guys for lunch and home sweet home.
just got info from peili that i'll have to work tml as well. thats about it. and now, i'm really looking forward to school :D
