oh gosh! yesterday's fine dinning was great. infact, it was fantastic. i was too tired to blog yesterday so iam here today. heh heh heh. we went to change at 12.45 while some went to bathe. got ourselves changed and prepared and thanks to yuenchen for helping me to style my hair(: zoe, shiyun and vanessa purposely came over to spy on us. hahas. finally got ready and boarded the bus at arnd 1.45+. and the grace people were all at the library, watching the three classes. and this year's fashion for guys- strippy shirts. you can say that majority of the guys are in strippy shirts. well, but they looked good in them. i cant lie back on the chair, on the bus because my hair was spiked. and the guys started passing arnd the breath refreshener. LOL.
alighted at new park hotel. the place looks posh. i guess hotels have to look like that, else, who will want to stay in it? on our way up the stairs, carrot's heel broke. it took place at the wrong time. haha. had the talk on how to be a people magnet first by christian. he is entertaining. but the second speaker on the dinning tools is lame. who cares if he is taken? hahas. the talk finally ended at 4+++ and we were given time to take photos in the ballroom first.
shall get the photo i took with partner and post it up on friendster(: next is dinner. sat at a round table with partner, guanghe, anet, huisian and cheyenne. well, the food served is definitely much more better than those who went the day before us. HAHA! we had salad, onion soup, chicken chop, cakes as desert and coffee as last. the eating of the bread was kind of tedious and redundant. haha. but we enjoyed it anyway. huisian was feeling hungry and she asked simin and brenda's table for a bread each. LOL. and guangHE has been entertaining himself all the while. laughing at everything. after the food, fine dinning becomes fine dinning. haha. and i admit, its me who started my table with playing food. i took the fern leaf and poke it in the cake, poured pepper and salt on it and put it in my coffee. then huisian and cheyenne started making milk with the water, creamer and sugar. it tasted sweeet leh.. hahas. ahma they all couldnt beleive that its drinkable. oh wells. hahas. then we poured tea in it and it becomes milk tea. anet got scammed by yuenchen's soup. guessed yuenchen put in alot of pepper. the person-in-charge tried to evacuate us after the dinner but it took us quite some time because of the photos taking. eugene ng took a picture of the tamil waitress and made racist jokes.. LOL. we got out of the restaurant but we continued to take photos in the hall, and finally, we moved out to the entance of the hotel, where we continued our photo taking. LOL. the twograce guys took their "0123456789" photo. they looked cute in it.
then we went to anet's daddy's pub, where shimin joined us, and to singapore river eventually. charmaine, anet,eve and i left first and our feet really hurts.
then we saw trishaws and charmaine suggest we take it to city hall mrt. after the trishaw uncles confirmed that we were singaporeans, he said he charged us $4 for two, which turned out to be $10 because of his mis-pronounciation. but we did enjoyed the trip lah and joked arnd with the uncle. the rest were so shocked that we were on the trishaw. haha. interesting experience. and the uncle agreed to charge singaporeans for $10 for two in future if we were to approach him. its a great day.
